PROJECT NAME: WALMART | BRICK TOWNSHIP #01977-252 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The site is currently developed and occupied by an operational Walmart Supercenter #01977 within the B-3 Highway Development Zone. The proposed improvements consist of an approximately 6,146 sf building expansion to the existing Walmart store in place of existing pavement, in addition to parking striping, signage, associated sidewalks and minor stormwater improvements.
