PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Plaintiff in the above-captioned matter seeks the Court's confirmation of the Sheriff's sale of the following described real property:
LOT EIGHT (8) OF WOODLAND PARK TWENTY-FIFTH (25TH) ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BARTLESVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OKLAHOMA;
Common Address: 1301 Ravenwood Ct, Bartlesville, OK 74006
The Sheriff's sale was duly conducted on September 29, 2025. A hearing for the confirmation of this sale has been scheduled to occur at the Washington County Courthouse on the 14th day of OCTOBER, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
At said hearing, Plaintiff will request this Court to issue an Order directing the Sheriff to execute a deed for the above-described property in favor of PLAINTIFF.
