NOI PUBLIC NOTICE

NOI PUBLIC NOTICE Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. (7256 Company Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46237), on behalf of the Town of Clarks Hill, is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of their intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Town of Clarks Hill Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project. The location of the project is in Clarks Hill, Lauramie Township Tippecanoe County in Section 23 of T21N, R3W, (approximate latitude and longitude of 40.2549451°, -86.7283794°). Runoff from the project site will discharge into Anderson Ditch.
