NON-JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION - NOTICE TO CREDITORS In the Matter of the Administration of Frank Aldon Nowak and Patricia A. Nowak Revocable Trust, an Arizona Administered Trust. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that John A. Nowak and Margaret A. Mann, formerly known as Margaret A. Nowak, are the successor Co-Trustees of the Frank Aldon Nowak and Patricia A. Nowak Revocable Trust dated November 16, 1990, as restated in its entirety on January 30, 2013. All persons having claims against the Administered Trust are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred.
