PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on JUNE 16TH, 2026, a hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of North Brunswick, at the Court Room of the Municipal Building at 710 Hermann Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey 08902 at 7:00pm.
1313 AARON ROAD LLC, so as to permit the removal of swimming pool in rear of property, and extension of the existing home, to better serve memory care residents to include new living space, 3 bathrooms, and a physical therapy room, which requires the following relief:

On the premises located at 1313 AARON ROAD, NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ 08902, and designated as BLOCK 4.36, LOT 1 on the Township tax map.
The applicant also requests any variance relief, waivers, or other approvals that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Board and which may arise during the hearing process.
