NORTHBRIDGE CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Northbridge Conservation Commission will hold a Hearing under the Wetlands Protection Act (MGL, c131, S40) on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in the Board of Selectmen's Room, 7 Main St, Whitinsville, MA 01588. The Conservation Meeting starts at 7:00PM. This Public Hearing is for a Notice of Intent for work in the 100' buffer of a bordering vegetated wetland for construction of a single-family house & associated septic system and grading activities at Monica Way, Lot 26. The owner/applicant for this project is D&F Alfonso Builders, Inc. represented by Guerriere & Halnon, Inc. The application and map for this project have been filed with the Town Clerk's Office and can be viewed at the Conservation Commission office or website.
