NORTHBRIDGE CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The Northbridge Conservation Commission will hold a Public Meeting under the Wetlands Protection Act (MGL, c131, S40) on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in the Board of Selectmen's Room, 7 Main St, Whitinsville, MA 01588. The Conservation Meeting starts at 7:00PM. This meeting is for a Request for a Determination of Applicability for the grading and construction of a temporary access drive within previously altered portions of the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland to support the installation of a temporary office trailer and parking at 500 Commerce Drive (Map 28 Parcel 81). The applicant for this project is Vincent Osterman represented by Allen Engineering & Associates, Inc.
