(Worcester, MA) for 1.) 62-lot Definitive Subdivision & 2.) Erosion Control Special Permit. Subject property consisting of ±77.19 acres is identified as Assessors Map 21 Parcel(s) 135, 139, & 181 (Tessier Lane & Fowler Road) and is located within Residential-Three (R3) Zoning District of Northbridge, where two-family dwelling may be permitted by special permit (Zoning Board). Copy of Definitive Subdivision plan entitled "Fox Hollow" prepared by Turning Point Engineering (November 17, 2025); Stormwater Management Report (November 17, 2025); Traffic Impact & Access Study prepared by Greenman-Pedersen, Inc.
