In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws; Chapter 222 -Northbridge Subdivision Rules & Regulations and Section 173-18.2 Northbridge Zoning Bylaw, the Northbridge Planning Board shall hold public hearing Tuesday, January 27, 2026 (7:05 PM) in Northbridge Memorial Town Hall (7 Main Street, Whitinsville, MA 01588) to consider Application(s) of Eastland Partners, Inc. (Worcester, MA) for 1.) 62-lot Definitive Subdivision & 2.) Erosion Control Special Permit.
Subject property consisting of ±77.19 acres is identified as Assessors Map 21 Parcel(s) 135, 139, & 181 (Tessier Lane & Fowler Road) and is located within Residential-Three (R3) Zoning District of Northbridge, where two-family dwelling may be permitted by special permit (Zoning Board).
Copy of Definitive Subdivision plan entitled "Fox Hollow" prepared by Turning Point Engineering (November 17, 2025); Stormwater Management Report (November 17, 2025); Traffic Impact & Access Study prepared by Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (October 2025); and other supportive documents are on file with Town Clerk (7 Main Street) and Community Planning & Development (1679 Providence Road) may be reviewed during posted office hours or via online at northbridgemass.org/planning-board.
