NORTHBRIDGE PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with provisions of Mass General Laws and Northbridge Zoning Bylaw, Northbridge Planning Board shall hold public hearing Tuesday, April 14, 2026 7:35 PM (Northbridge Memorial Town Hall, 7 Main Street, Whitinsville, MA 01588) to consider application of Coluch Organization (Westborough, MA) for Special Permit pursuant to Article XIV Flexible Development. The subject property (Assessors Map 5 Parcel 39), consists of ±33-acres is owned by Devrie Corporation and located within Residential-One Zoning District of Northbridge. The application is for up to eighteen (18) single-family lots to be located off Fletcher Street, as shown on preliminary subdivision plan entitled "the Residences at Linwood Pond" prepared by Allen Engineering & Associates, Inc. dated March 06, 2026. Copy of application, preliminary plan and other supportive documents are on file with Town Clerk (7 Main Street) and Community Planning & Development (1679 Providence Road) may be reviewed during regular office hours or viewed online via town's webpage at: northbridgemass.org/planning-board.
