NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR PARKS AND RECREATION The City of Tolleson (the "City") is issuing this Request for Proposals (this "RFP") from qualified firms or agencies interested in providing Janitorial Services for Parks and Recreation.
