NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CITY OF TOLLESON ON-CALL UTILITY ENGINEERING SERVICES The City of Tolleson (the "City") is issuing this Request for Qualifications (this "RFQ") seeking Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified contractors to provide On-Call Utility Engineering Services. You may download this RFQ and related form contract from the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Go to https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tollesonaz/projects/202657, then click the ON-CALL UTILITY ENGINEERING SERVICES link to access the RFQ documents. Multiple contracts may be awarded. The SOQ must be received electronically via the OpenGov Procurement Portal prior to the submission deadline. All submittals must be fully uploaded no later than 3:00 PM (local time, Phoenix, AZ), on Thursday, November 6, 2025. LATE STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
