NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ON-CALL GENERAL ENGINEERING SERVICES The City of Tolleson (the "City") is issuing this Request for Qualifications (this "RFQ") from qualified professional engineering firms to provide General Engineering On-Call Services in the following disciplines: architectural services, transportation engineering, surveying, traffic engineering, general civil, plan review / inspections, and geotechnical services. You may download this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and related form contract from the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Go to https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tollesonaz/projects/263456, then click ON-CALL GENERAL ENGINEERING SERVICES link to access the RFQ documents. Multiple contracts will be awarded. Statements of Qualifications must be received electronically via the OpenGov Procurement Portal prior to the submission deadline. All submittals must be fully uploaded no later than 3:00 pm (local time, Phoenix, AZ), Wednesday, August 19, 2026. LATE STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
