NOTICE BY CONTRACTOR OF COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Contractor, on the 3rd day of March, 2026, completed the public improvements under their contract with the City of Northport, Alabama which included the following improvements to -wit: Highway 82 Pump Station, Gravity Sewer, and Force Main, ADEM CWSRF Project no. CS010621-07,Contract A: Pump Station and Gravity Sewer. Any Person, firm or corporation having and unpaid claim against said contractor for supplying the said Contractor with labor, materials, feedstuffs or supplies in connection with the said work is hereby notified to present the same in the manner and within the time required by law.
