HOLLAND, IF LIVING AND IF DECEASED, HER UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS; THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS OF JOHN T. HOLLAND, DECEASED, DEFENDANTS. CASE NO. CV-2025-149 STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Janice G. Holland, if living and if deceased, her unknown successors; the unknown successors of John T. Holland, deceased. YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the above named Plaintiffs have filed a lawsuit in the District Court of Washington County, Oklahoma, in the above entitled cause to quiet their title in and to the following described real estate in Washington County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The W/2 of the SE/4 of the SW/4 of the SE/4 and the SW/4 of the SW/4 of the SE/4 of Section 15, Township 28 North, Range 13 East, Washington County, Oklahoma That the Plaintiffs are the owners of said real property and is in the actual and peaceable possession thereof. The Plaintiffs are asking the Court to quiet its title thereto as against the Defendants in this proceeding. That said Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiffs on or before the 1st day of December, 2025 or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiffs to be the owners of said real property and entitled to possession thereof and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and quieting the title of the Plaintiffs as to said real property.
