SINGLETARY, IF LIVING AND IF DECEASED, HIS UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, DEFENDANTS. CASE NO. CV-2025-169 STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The unknown successors of Julis Wardell Earle, Jr, deceased and John P. Singletary, if living or if deceased, his unknown successors. YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a lawsuit in the above Court alleging that the Plaintiff is the owner of said real property and is in the actual and peaceable possession of the following described real property situated in Washington County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Lot Twenty-three (23), Block One (1), L.R. Neaves Revised Addition to the City of Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma The Plaintiff is asking the Court to quiet her title thereto as against the Defendants in this proceeding. That said Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 29th day of January, 2026 or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiff to be the owner of said real property and entitled to possession thereof and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and quieting the title of the Plaintiff as to said real property.
