NOTICE BY PUBLICATION IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA THOMAS MEDLEN PLAINTIFF, V. THE VIRGINIA S. CHAPMAN TRUST, DATED SEPTEMBER 18, 1989 A/K/A VIRGINIA S. CHAPMAN TRUST; AND ITS UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, DEFENDANTS CASE NO. CV-2025-171 STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The Virginia S. Chapman Trust, dated September 18, 1989 a/k/a Virginia S. Chapman Trust and its unknown successors. YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a lawsuit in the above Court alleging that the Plaintiff is the owner of said real property and is in the actual and peaceable possession thereof in and to the following described real property situated in Washington County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The South 63.9 feet of the East 120 feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Two (2), of Rainbow Gardens Addition, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma The Plaintiff is asking the Court to quiet his title thereto as against the Defendants in this proceeding. That said Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 6th day of February, 2026 or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiff to be the owner of said real property and entitled to possession thereof and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and quieting the title of the Plaintiff as to said real property.
