DEFENDANT(S): Unknown Successors and Heirs of Michial B Freeman,
The above stated Defendant(s) will take notice that the Plaintiff, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, filed its Petition in Foreclosure in the District Court of Osage County, State of Oklahoma, on January 2, 2026, against the above stated Defendant(s), and said Defendant(s) must answer said Petition on or before the 28th day of April, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendant(s), foreclosing their interest in the following described real estate, to wit:
A TRACT IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW/4 SW/4) OF SECTION NINE (9), TOWNSHIP TWENTY-THREE (23) NORTH, RANGE SIX (6) EAST, OSAGE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, MORE PARTICUARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW/4) OF SECTION NINE (9), TOWNSHIP TWENTY-THREE (23) NORTH, RANGE SIX (6) EAST; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 32" WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF 331 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 43 DEGREES 04' EAST ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF OSAGE COUNTY ROAD FOR A DISTANCE OF 134.5 FET TO A 19 DEGREES CURVE TO THE LEFT FOR A DISTANCE OF 207.4 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 82 DEGREES 28' EAST FOR A DISTANCE OF 729.6 FEET TO A 2 DEGREES CURVE TO THE LEFT FOR A DISTANCE OF 330 FEET TO A POINT IN THE CENTER LINE OF SAID COUNTY ROAD AND ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION NINE (9); THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 15' WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH SECTION LINE FOR A DISTANCE OF 1320 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. (SURFACE ESTATE ONLY)
And a judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the Defendant(s), Unknown Successors and Heirs of Michial B Freeman, adjudging that default has been made in said note and mortgage, and that Plaintiff has a valid, prior and superior mortgage lien on said real estate in the total principal amount of $24,121.42, with applicable interest at 8.30000%, late charges as provided in the note, and any amounts which Plaintiff may be required to advance for payment of taxes, insurance or preservation of the subject property, together with costs of this action, for all of which judgment will be taken. Also, a judgment will be rendered against Defendant(s), adjudging any right, title or interest in and to the subject property claimed by said Defendant(s) to be junior and inferior to the mortgage lien and judgment of Plaintiff, and that upon confirmation of such sale, all Defendants herein, and all persons claiming by, through or under them since the commencement of this action be forever barred, foreclosed and enjoined from asserting or claiming any right, title, interest, estate or equity of redemption in or to said premises, or any part thereof.
