YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the above named Plaintiff has filed a lawsuit in the above Court alleging that the Plaintiff is the owner of said real property and is in the actual and peaceable possession thereof in and to the following described real property situated in Washington County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Lot Sixteen (16), Block Five (5), Belle Mead Addition to Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma The Plaintiff is asking the Court to quiet its title thereto as against the Defendants in this proceeding. That said Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 22nd day of June, 2026 or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiff to be the owner of said real property and entitled to possession thereof and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and quieting the title of the Plaintiff as to said real property.
