STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The Unknown Successors of Verona Lemon, deceased.
YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a lawsuit in the above Court alleging that the Plaintiff is the owner of said real property and is in the actual and peaceable possession thereof in and to the following described real property situated in Washington County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
ALL THAT PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4 NE/4 NE/4) OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 27 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT A POINT 153 FEET WEST AND 175 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION; THENCE NORTH 215 FEET; THENCE WEST 147 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 215 FEET; THENCE EAST 147 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
AND
BEGINNING AT A POINT 153 FEET WEST AND 390 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION; THENCE NORTH 125 FEET; THENCE WEST 147 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 125 FEET; THENCE EAST 147 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The Plaintiff is asking the Court to quiet its title thereto as against the Defendants in this proceeding.
That said Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 10th day of July, 2026 or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiff to be the owner of said real property and entitled to possession thereof and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and quieting the title of the Plaintiff as to said real property.
