GINGER LEEANN MONDAY A/K/A GINGER LEEANN MILES, IF LIVING AND IF DECEASED HER UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS; AND JOSHUA MONDAY DEFENDANTS CV-2026-64 STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Ginger LeeAnn Monday a/k/a Ginger LeeAnn Miles, if living and if deceased, her unknown successors; and Joshua Monday. YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a lawsuit in the above Court alleging that the Plaintiff is the owner of said real property and is in the actual and peaceable possession thereof in and to the following described real property situated in Washington County, Oklahoma, to-wit: A tract out of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4 NE/4 NW/4) of Section 28, in Township 27 North, of Range 13 East of the Indian Meridian, Washington County, Oklahoma, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said 10 acre tract which is 285 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof; thence West along said North line 150 feet; thence South parallel to the East line of said 10 acre tract, 183 feet; thence East 150 feet; thence North 183 feet to the point of beginning And Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4 NE/4 NW/4) of Section 28, in Township 27 North, of Range 13 East of the Indian Meridian, Washington County, Oklahoma, described as: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said NW/4 NE/4 NW/4; thence West along the North line thereof 285 feet; thence South parallel to the West line of said NW/4 NE/4 NW/4, 183 feet; thence East 285 feet; thence North 183 feet to the point of beginning The Plaintiff is asking the Court to quiet her title thereto as against the Defendants in this proceeding. That said Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 17th day of July, 2026 or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiff to be the owner of said real property and entitled to possession thereof and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and quieting the title of the Plaintiff as to said real property.
