YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiffs have filed a lawsuit in the above Court alleging that they are the owners of and are in actual and peaceable possession of the following described real property situated in Osage County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Lot 24, Addition 3, Whip-Poor-Will-Point, Osage County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof The Plaintiff is asking the Court to quiet its title thereto as against the Defendants in this proceeding. That said Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 2nd day of September, 2026, or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiff to be the owner of said real property and entitled to possession thereof and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and quieting the title of the Plaintiff as to said real property.
