NOTICE BY PUBLICATION IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA ZORA R. BECK AND PAMELA L. BECK, PLAINTIFFS. V. ROBERTS BUILDING SUPPLY, INC, DEFENDANTS. CASE NO. CV-2026-78 STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Roberts Building Supply, Inc. YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the above named Plaintiffs have filed a lawsuit in the above Court alleging that the Plaintiffs are the owners of said real property and is in the actual and peaceable possession thereof in and to the following described real property situated in Washington County, Oklahoma, to-wit: A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN THE WEST HALF (W/2) OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 25 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, WASHINGTON COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA ACCORDING TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW/4) OF SECTION 32; THENCE N01°06'48"W A DISTANCE OF 213.97 FEET; THENCE N88°44'15"E A DISTANCE OF 1030.28 FEET; THENCE S04°03'48"W A DISTANCE OF 409.87 FEET; THENCE S89°08'26"W A DISTANCE OF 993.29 FEET; THENCE N01°06'58"W ALONG THE WEST LINE A DISTANCE OF 187.15 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. The Plaintiffs are asking the Court to quiet its title thereto as against the Defendants in this proceeding. That said Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiffs on or before the 26th day of August, 2026 or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiffs to be the owners of said real property and entitled to possession thereof and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and quieting the title of the Plaintiffs as to said real property.
