NOTICE FOR BIDS PARKWAY SOUTH PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WILL RECEIVE BIDS FOR FINANCIAL DEPOSITORY PURSUANT TO MISS. CODE ANN. § 27-105-305 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Parkway South Public Improvement District, Madison County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids from qualified financial institutions for the privilege of keeping the funds of the District, or any part thereof, pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 27-105-305. Sealed bids will be received until 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 141 West Peace Street, Canton, Mississippi 39046, on the following: Parkway South, a Public Improvement District Depository for the Years 2026 and 2027 Pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 27-105-305 The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities.
