NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION TO ADMINISTER ESTATE, APPOINT PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND FOR DETERMINATION OF IDENTITY OF HEIRS-AT-LAW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of Christopher Scott Stephens, Deceased, that on the 1st day of April, 2026, Chad E. Nail, produced in the District Court of Washington County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition for the administration of the Estate of Christopher Scott Stephens, Deceased, asking that Letters of Special Administration and Letters of Administration be issued to Chad E. Nail upon the estate of Christopher Scott Stephens, Deceased, and requesting this Court determine the identity of all the heirs-at-law of the Decedent. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the 27th day of April, 2026, at the hour of 2 clock P.M., of that day, has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition in Courtroom _1 of the District Court, Probate Division, in the County Courthouse, in the County of Washington Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same by filing written opposition thereto on the ground of incompetency of the applicant, or may assert their own rights to the administration and pray the Letters be issued to them.
