NOTICE FOR INVITATION FOR INFORMAL CUPCCAA BIDS #2026-IFB-017 The San Joaquin Delta Community College District ("SJDC"' or "District") on behalf of the Board of Trustees is requesting informal CUPCCAA bids from registered Contractors that are DIR Registered with one or all of the following licenses C27 Landscaping Contractor, C49 Tree and Palm Contractor, and D19 Land Clearing to provide removal of twenty-one acres of almonds and thirty-two and half acres of wine grapes on or before Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local time) via electronic submission using the District's secure online portal, OpenGov at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/deltacollege. Bidders will be required to complete a free vendor registration using the online bidding system to review, respond, and submit questions. For Bidders to submit and respond to the IFB all contractors must be registered as CUPCCAA Contractors with San Joaquin Delta College by using the link https://www.deltacollege.edu/california-uniform-public-construction-cost-account-act. Bidders are solely responsible for on-time proposal submission to the securing online bid management system. The bidding system does not accept late submission, no exceptions. The District will be conducting a mandatory bidder's conference at the Project Site, San Joaquin Delta College Manteca Farm, 14095 S. Frontage Rd., Manteca, CA 95336 on Monday, January 26, 2026 at 2:00pm. Prospective bidders will be required to submit technical and general questions electronically via the District's secure online bidding system by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2026. SJDC encourages the participation of local and/or small businesses, including but not limited to, minorities, women, disabled veterans or disabled veteran-owned businesses. SJDC Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all IFBs and further reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the IFB submissions.
