NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #2026-RFP-003
The San Joaquin Delta Community College District ("SJDC"' or "District") on behalf of the Board of Trustees is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers to assist the District in providing Environmental, Hazardous, and Medical Waste Disposal Services ("Project") by or before Friday, January 9, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local time) via electronic submission using the District's secure online portal, OpenGov.
Suppliers interested in reviewing the requirements and submitting a proposal for this RFP must visit the secure online bidding system at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/deltacollege, on or after, November 21, 2025.
Any questions regarding this RFP must be submitted electronically via the District's secure online bidding system. Firms will be required to complete a vendor registration using the online bidding system and to submit questions. Suppliers are solely responsible for on-time proposal submission to the securing online bid management system. The bidding system does not accept late submission, no exceptions.
SJDC encourages the participation of local and/or small businesses, including but not limited to, minorities, women, disabled veterans or disabled veteran-owned businesses. SJDC Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs and further reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the RFP submissions.
