Angeline Mapa, 118 Heffernan Street, Piscataway, NJ, 08854, has requested the granting of Bulk Variances for Application # 26-ZB-187. Applicant would like to construct a single story addition. The applicant will appear before the Zoning Board of Adjustment online to seek relief from the Piscataway Township Zoning Code:

21-501 Required – 35 foot front yard setback

front yard setback area for a distance equal to ½ of the required
front yard setback for the zone (17.5 feet)
Proposed – a 6 foot solid fence located 10 ½ feet from the
property line (Middlesex Avenue) (existing)
*The building coverage calculation also includes the covered porch/portico and the existing two foot overhang; for property located at 118 Heffernan Street, Piscataway, NJ 08854, listed as Block 2808, Lot 1, located in the R-10 Zone, on map page 28 on the Piscataway Township Tax Map. The applicant also requests any and all other variances/relief that the Zoning Board may deem necessary as per said application. The Zoning Board Meeting will only be available remotely as a Zoom Meeting and will not be in person; please see below:
