NOTICE
IN THE MATTER OF MICHAEL & LOIS HAMMER CASE NO. BA 25-10 TO ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HOWELL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Howell did, on the 15th day of September 2025 adopt a Memorialization Resolution granting Michael & Lois Hammer variance approval to construct a single family dwelling with associated site improvements, in substantially the same footprint as the existing dwelling but witha second floor addition and higher roof lines, at the property identified as Block 25, Lot38, located at 1039 Maxim Southard Road in the Township of Howell and situated in the ARE-3 Agriculture Rural Estate Zone as a result of a hearing held on August 25, 2025 with memorialization on September 15, 2025, and that this decision is on file in the office of the Zoning Board Administrator of the Township of Howell.
