NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN The City of Stockton, California, will receive sealed proposals until Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 2:00 pm for the REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - SCADA SERVICES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL UTILITY PROJECTS FOR THE CITY OF STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA. Each proposal shall be submitted as one packet and shall be accompanied by the Non- Collusion Declaration and all the required documentation and information. Each proposer shall be licensed in accordance with applicable State laws. The City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department (City) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide professional SCADA services to support City Staff on an "on-call or as-needed" basis for various Capital Improvement Projects and maintenance projects in a prompt manner. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, system assessments and field investigations; programming, configuration, and software development for new and existing hardware; as well as construction support and design assistance. Each sealed proposal shall be marked 'PROPOSAL' and shall indicate the project name, number, and proposal opening date, and shall be mailed or delivered to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 425 N El Dorado St, Stockton, CA 95202, up to, but no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 30, 2025 Proposers are hereby notified that the successful proposer and any sub-consultant under them shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations. A contract will be awarded to the proposer who best meets the needs of the City; provided, however, that the City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals or to provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton.
