NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN The City of Stockton, California, will receive sealed proposals until Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 2:00 pm for the REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NORTH-SOUTH SEWER INTERCEPTOR CONDITION ASSESSMENT FOR THE CITY OF STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA (PROJECT NO. UW20018). Each proposal shall be submitted as one packet and shall be accompanied by the Non-Collusion Declaration and all the required documentation and information. Each proposer shall be licensed in accordance with applicable State laws. The City of Stockton, Municipal Utilities Department (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants that may lead to the award for engineering services to assess the condition of the North-South Sewer Interceptor. The Consultant shall determine the condition of the force main, the useful life, and the feasibility for the continued operation of the force main. Each sealed proposal shall be marked 'PROPOSAL' and shall indicate the project name, number, and proposal opening date, and shall be mailed or delivered to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 425 N El Dorado St, Stockton, CA 95202, up to, but no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 13, 2025. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Regional Wastewater Control Facility, 2500 Navy Drive, Stockton, CA 95206. Proposers are hereby notified that the successful proposer and any sub-consultant under them shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations. A contract will be awarded to the proposer who best meets the needs of the City; provided, however, that the City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals or to provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton.
