NOTICE INVITING SEALED BID PROPOSALS FOR THE MASON VALLEY SWIM CENTERRENOVATIONS PROJECTLOCATED IN YERINGTON, NEVADA PWP-LY-2026-47 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mason Valley Swimming Pool District, hereinafter designated as "MVSPD" (owner/operator) invites and will receive sealed bid proposals, including all Addenda, in a sealed envelope marked "MVSPD BID, including the name and address of Bidder" addressed and delivered to the Lyon County Clerk Treasurer's Office, attention Staci Lindberg, located at: Lyon County Clerk Treasurer's Office 27 South Main Street Yerington, NV 89447 until the hour of 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 12th, 2026. All bid proposals submitted by the deadline listed will be subsequently opened and read aloud publicly in the conference room of the Mason Valley Fire Protection District, located at 118 South Main Street, Yerington, NV 89447, at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 12th, 2026. Following the opening of bids, the bids will be submitted to the Mason Valley Swimming Pool District's engineering firm for review and evaluation/recommendation. The Mason Valley Swimming Pool District's engineering firm will present recommendations for Contract issuance to the Mason Valley Swimming Pool District at its August board meeting in the conference room of the Mason Valley Fire Protection District, located at 118 South Main Street, Yerington, NV 89447, at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026. It is anticipated that the Mason Valley Swimming Pool District will consider awarding the Contract within three (3) weeks of the submittal deadline listed. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Mason Valley Swimming Pool located at 21 Pearl Street in Yerington, NV at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29 th , 2026. Project scopes: The project is developed into 4 scopes as designated on the Plans.
