NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids are invited by the City of Stockton, California for specifications for PUR 26-012 STRUVITE CONTROL - NON-HAZARDOUS MINERAL INHIBITOR AND/OR REMOVAL ADDITIVES in strict accordance with the specifications. The City of Stockton is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors interested in a multi-year contract to provide the City with non-hazardous mineral inhibitor and/or removal additives to treat the formation of struvite at the Regional Wastewater Control facility. The bid specifications and forms can be obtained from the City of Stockton's website at www.stocktonca.gov/mudbid and must be electronically delivered to city.clerk@stocktonca.gov or on a USB drive to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 425 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, California, up to but not later than 2:00 pm (PST) on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
