NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids are invited by the City of Stockton, California, for PUR 26-030 PICKUP AND DISPOSAL OF CITRIC WASTE AT THE DELTA WATER TREATMENT PLANT in strict accordance with the specifications. The city is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Citric Waste Hauling The City of Stockton, hereinafter referred to as the "City". Bid specifications and forms can be obtained from the City's website at www.stocktonca.gov/mudbid. Bids must be marked "PUR 26-030 PICKUP AND DISPOSAL OF CITRIC WASTE AT THE DELTA WATER TREATMENT PLANT" and emailed to city.clerk@stocktonca.gov or delivered (mail or in person) on a USB flash drive to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 425 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202, up to but not later than 2:00 pm (PST) on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Each Bidder must be licensed in accordance with applicable California State Law. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received.
