NOTICE NOMINATING PETITIONS FOR LESLIE CITY COUNCIL The next Leslie City General Election will be conducted on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. On that ballot will be the following City elected offices: LESLIE CITY COUNCILMEMBERS: THREE SEATS, 4 YEAR TERMS LESLIE CITY MAYOR: ONE SEAT, 4 YEAR TERM Nominating Petitions for these four positions will be available at Leslie City Offices during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. weekdays. Candidate qualifications for Councilmember: must be a registered elector of the City of Leslie who shall have resided within the City for at least one year immediately before the date of the election. Candidate qualifications for Mayor: must be a registered elector of the City of Leslie who shall have resided within the City for at least one year immediately before the date of the election. Must have served as a member of the council at least one year, at any time, before taking office as Mayor.
