NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING AND A SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF CLAYTON PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED CY 2026 TOWN OF CLAYTON BUDGET Notice is hereby given that at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, a Public Hearing will be held pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 65.90 (3) (a), on the Proposed CY 2026 Budget for the Town of Clayton, County of Winnebago, the Public Hearing will be held at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 8348 Hickory Ave, Larsen, WI. 54947 The proposed budget detail may be examined at the Town Office during normal office hours. NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF ELECTORS Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the Proposed CY 2025 Budget, a Special Town Electors Meeting will be held pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 60.12(1) (c) for the following purpose(s): Adopting the CY 2025 Tax Levy to be paid in 2026, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 60.10(1)(a) A Regular Town Board meeting to approve the CY 2025 Levy and the CY 2026 Town of Clayton Solid Waste and Recycling Special Revenue Budget, the CY 2026 Storm Water Management Utility Budget, and the Town of Clayton CY 2026 General Fund Budget will follow after the conclusion of the Special Town Electors meeting.
