NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING PRIOR TO FINAL ACTION BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF ANDERSON COUNTY TO ENTER INTO AN ORDINANCE. Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Anderson County (the "County Council") that a public hearing for the below-referenced Ordinance will be held at the Anderson County Historic Courthouse, 101 S. Main Street, Anderson, SC 29624, at 6:30 p.m. on July 21, 2026, in conjunction with a regularly scheduled meeting of the County Council. Such Ordinance is titled as follows: "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A FEE IN LIEU OF TAX AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG ANDERSON COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA, RES SOUTH CAROLINA HOLDINGS, LLC AND ARTHREX MANUFACTURING, INC. WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY IN THE COUNTY, WHEREBY SUCH PROPERTY WILL BE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF CERTAIN SPECIAL SOURCE CREDITS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO." Subject to the normal rules of County Council regarding appearances, members of the public are invited to attend and make comment concerning the proposed Ordinance.
