TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST WILLIAM ANDREW SULLIVAN, a/k/a W.A. SULLIVAN, DECEASED; and ALL PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, whose residences and addresses are unknown.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and for declaratory relief regarding the following real property in Palm Beach County, Florida:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the westerly line of the "Lydia Jones Moores Tract", with the south line of Section 35; thence west along said Section line, a distance of 21.41 feet; thence North 1 degree 09 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 200.58 feet; thence North 18 degrees 35 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 207.46 feet, more or less, to a point in the south line of the above described property; thence South 89 degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds East, along said south line, a distance of 13.78 feet, more or less, to a point in said westerly line of the "Lydia Jones Moores Tract"; thence South 19 degrees 01 minute 10 seconds East, along said westerly line, a distance of 203.73 feet; thence South 0 degrees 57 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 204.41 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
and being a portion of the property commonly identified with Property Control Number 00-42-40-35-00-006-0070 and associated with 5289 Center Street, Jupiter, Florida 33458, has been filed against you.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on:
