IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPLAINT OF ALYSE TEVARA ROGERS AS OWNER OF A 1992 39' MAINSHIP CORPORATION EXPRESS CRUISER AND ITS APPURTENANCES, Plaintiff.
Limited Vessel: 1992 39' Mainship Corporation Express Cruiser and its Appurtenances.
All potential claimants:
Alyse Tevara Rogers, as the asserted owner of the Limited Vessel, has filed an action in federal court for exoneration from, or limitation of, liability for any claims arising out of a July 26, 2025, event on the navigable waters of the United States. By May 28, 2026, all potential claimants must file and serve any claim with the Clerk of the Court, 300 N. Hogan St., Ste. 9-150, Jacksonville, FL 32202, as required by Rule F(5), Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims and Asset Forfeiture Actions. Each claimant must also serve a copy of the written claim on the plaintiff's lead counsel, J. Michael Pennekamp, Fowler White Burnett, P.A., 201 South Biscayne Boulevard, 20th Floor, Miami, FL 33131. Any claim not filed and served by May 28, 2026, will be defaulted. Any claimant who contests the plaintiff's right to exoneration from, or limitation of, liability must file an answer to the complaint as required by Rule F(5) and mail (or serve in another appropriate manner) a copy of the answer to the plaintiff's lead counsel. Copies of filings in this action may be viewed at the Clerk's Office or on PACER.
