NOTICE OF ACTION IN THE CIRCUIT COURT, 14TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, IN AND FOR BAY COUNTY CASE NO: 2024-112-CA ALEXANDER JOHNSON, Plaintiff, vs. The heirs and beneficiaries of the following: ROBERT E. JOHNSON, WILLIE ODELL JOHNSON, BETTY S. TRIPP, JAMES LEE JOHNSON, LARRY L. JOHNSON, LUTHER JOE JOHNSON, EDGAR L. JOHNSON or LUCILLE G.
