NOTICE OF ACTION NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on March 3, 2026, and is now pending as case number 26-CA-000492 in the Circuit Court in the State of Florida, County of Marion. The name of the unserved party to the action is: Magdalena Morales Florida State Hospital 100 N Main St Unit #23, Dorm G, Chattahoochee, Gadsden County, FL 32324-1107 and the nature of the proceeding is a Partition. This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Ocala Star Banner publication. Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff's attorney, Stephen K. Hachey, whose address is 10521 Bloomingdale Ridge Dr., Riverview, FL 33578, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
