NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that agents of Seabright Lawn, Tennis, & Cricket Club previously submitted a Development Application to the Rumson Planning Board, with respect to the property located at 5 Tennis Court Lane, Rumson, NJ (Block 104, Lot 2) (R-2 Zone). Specifically, the Applicant sought Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval, and Variance Approval, so as to effectuate the following:
Renovation and reconstruction of sixteen (16) existing lawn tennis courts;
Realignment of courts and fences;
Construction of additional stone walkways at the site; and
Construction of drainage improvements, including an underdrain system within the lawn tennis courts.
The subject Application was Conditionally Approved by the Rumson Planning Board on March 2, 2026. The Resolution memorializing the aforesaid Approval was adopted on or about April 13, 2026 and is available for public inspection in the Office of the Board Secretary, at 80 East River Road, Rumson, NJ 07760.
