NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY BOROUGH OF LAVALLETTE PLANNING BOARD NOTICE TO BE PUBLISHED IN OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 24th day of September, 2025, the Planning Board of the Borough of Lavallette, located in the County of Ocean, adopted a resolution memorializing its decision of August 27, 2025, which approved an application for a minor subdivision and variances pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c), for property located at 2406 Oceanfront in the Borough of Lavallette and identified as Block 25, Lot 3 on the Lavallette tax maps. The minor subdivision with variance relief permitted the creation of two, single-family dwelling lots measuring 45 feet in width and 4,500 square feet in area from an existing lot measuring 9,000 square feet and improved with a nonconforming two-family dwelling, which will be demolished.
