NOTICE OF ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATION Mixed-Use Property 61-63 Main Street, Taunton, MA 02780 MassDEP Release Tracking Number 4-51940 A release of oil and/or hazardous materials has occurred at this location, which is a disposal site as defined by M.G.L. c. 21E, § 2 and the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, 310 CMR 40.0000. On June 15, 2026, 61-61 Main St, LLC recorded with the Bristol County North Registry of Deeds a NOTICE OF ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATION on the disposal site, pursuant to 310 CMR 40.1070 through 40.1080. The NOTICE OF ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATION will limit the following activities and uses on the above property: (i) Activities and/or uses that are agricultural in nature and involve growing consumable products such as fruits, vegetables, grains, or tubers in soil at the Property; (ii) Residential occupancy or use within the lowest level/basement of building structure(s) at the Property; (iii) School, playground, daycare, or recreational use of the Property; and (iv) Long-term (i.e., greater than six months) activity(ies) that will disturb soil at the Property without prior development and implementation of a Soil Management Plan (SMP) and Health and Safety Plan (HASP).
