On June 16, 2026, the Town of Plymouth recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds a NOTICE OF ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATION on the disposal site, pursuant to 310 CMR 40.1070 through 40.1080. The NOTICE OF ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATION will limit the following site activities and uses on the above property: Use of the Property for residential, school, or commercial child care facilities; Any activity within the Cap Area, such as excavation greater than 2 feet below existing grade, which may disturb or expose contaminated soil located beneath the cap; and Planting of food crops for human or animal consumption.
