Helm was, on June 16, 2026, appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Carolyn S. Shoaf, deceased, who died on the 9th day of March, 2026; and said Personal Representative and this Estate were authorized to proceed under an unsupervised estate administration, pursuant to 1971, 29-1-7.5 et. seq.
