NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT To: BAKER'S MANAGEMENT PROPERTIES INC., d/b/a DOWN SOUTH BEVERAGES & CHECK CASHING; CARTOON CAR WASH, and VERNON DIXON II Case No: 117846 The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued an Administrative Complaint against you for an Order revoking your check cashing license, imposition of an administrative fine, and other sanctions provided by Chapter 560, Florida Statutes. You have the right to request a hearing pursuant to Sections 120.569, and 120.57, Florida Statutes, by mailing a request for same to Agency Clerk, Office of Financial Regulation, Post Office Box 8050, Tallahassee, FL 32314-8050.
