NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 21-2025 "AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND MAKING A PART OF THE TOWN OF PLAINFIELD, INDIANA, CERTAIN DESCRIBED TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS TO THE TOWN OF PLAINFIELD AND ADDING SAID TERRITORY TO COUNCIL DISTRICT NUMBER 3"
Notice is hereby given that on September 22, 2025, the Town Council of the Town of Plainfield, Indiana, adopted Ordinance No. 21-2025, "An Ordinance Annexing and Making a Part of the Town of Plainfield, Indiana, Certain Described Territory Contiguous to the Corporate Limits to the Town of Plainfield and Adding Said Territory to Council District Number 3" (the "Oxford Square – Wade Annexation Ordinance"). The property that is the subject of this Oxford Square – Wade Annexation Ordinance consists of approximately 0.943 acres including adjacent rights-of-way and is generally located at 6245 S CR 600 E in Plainfield, Indiana, 46168 (the "Territory). The Territory is currently located outside of the corporate boundaries of the Town of Plainfield and is being annexed into the Town subject to a Petition for Voluntary Annexation. All landowners residing in the Territory have requested that the Town consider such annexation.
