NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE TOWNSHIP OF CLYDE Please take notice that at a regular meeting of the Township Board of the Township of Clyde, County of St. Clair, State of Michigan, held on November 18, 2025, the following ordinance was adopted: Ordinance #78-2025 - Utility Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Moratorium Summary of Ordinance: The purpose of the ordinance is to impose a moratorium on the issuance of permits, licenses or approvals for, or any construction of, Utility Battery Energy Storage Systmes (BESS). The full text of the ordinance is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Clyde Township Clerk's Office, 3350 Vincent Road, North Street, MI 48049. Effective Date: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days following publication of this notice.
