NOTICE OF ADOPTION IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY STATE OF GEORGIA IN RE: Petition For Adoption of a Minor Child A. A. M. TO: KYLE MILLER and ALL UN-NAMED and UNKNOWN FATHERS NOTICE OF ADOPTION and TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS. In accordance with Official Code of Georgia Annotated § 19-8-10, you are hereby notified that there has been a PETITION FOR ADOPTION filed with the Superior County of Richmond County, Georgia Case No. 2025RCA00040 for the purpose of adoption of the minor child, A. A. M., born July 31, 2023, in Orange County Florida. A Petition for the adoption of the minor children was filed in this Court, October 6, 2025, by the Petitioner, Christopher Fox, alleging that the biological father of the minor child is believed to be Kyle A. Miller and asking the Court to terminate the parental rights and obligations of Kyle A. Miller and any un-named and unknown fathers with respect to the child and of the child arising to them from the parental relationship, including the right to inheritance, with the right to proceed for adoption.
