NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATION FORMER GKN SINTER METALS 112 HARDING STREET, WORCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS RELEASE TRACKING NUMBER 2-13422 A release of oil and/or hazardous materials has occurred at this location, which is a disposal site as defined by M.G.L. c. 21E, § 2 and the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, 310 CMR 40.0000. On October 15, 2025, New Garden Park, Inc. recorded with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds an AMENDMENT of a NOTICE OF ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATION on the disposal site, pursuant to 310 CMR 40.1080 through 40.1084. The NOTICE OF ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATION was originally recorded on June 25, 2024. The AMENDMENT to the NOTICE OF ACTIVITY AND USE is as follows: Paragraph 3, "Obligations and Conditions", is amended to insert a new subparagraph (vii) as follows: (vii) Annual indoor air samples (minimum of three samples per year) must be collected under the supervision of a Licensed Site Professional to evaluate indoor air concentrations and ensure that a condition of No Significant Risk is maintained at the Site.
